Our products are digital and open instantly, so refunds work a little differently from physical goods.
When you can get a full refund
- You ask within 1 day of purchase, and
- you have not printed or saved any chapter or paper as a PDF, and
- you have opened no more than 1 chapter or paper of the product.
If you were charged twice, or paid but did not get access, we refund or fix it in full at any time.
How to ask
Email sidsidhusandy@gmail.com from the email on your account, with your order ID. We reply within 2 working days.
How the money comes back
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Access to the refunded product ends when the refund is made.
Cancellation
Because access starts immediately, an order cannot be cancelled once paid; please use the refund rules above.
